Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Surgical Services Liaison to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a full-time day shift team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the surgical services department.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in instrument tracking software.
- Act as a primary liaison between Physicians, Operating Room, and Sterile Processing Department.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance instrument set practices.
- Manage inventory of sterilization supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and cross-training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sterile Processing Tech or Surgical Tech.
- Hold a certification in CRCST, CSPDT, or CST.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
