Team Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time Storewide Positions)

Job Description

We are looking for Foodies who are passionate about quality ingredients and excellent customer service to join our team at Whole Foods Market. We have Full-Time and Part-Time positions available in various departments including Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce/Floral, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. As a Team Associate, you will support customer service, stocking, and sanitation in your assigned department. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive company image and ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Keep cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Follow health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Assist with inventory checks and other duties as assigned.

Desired Work Experience

• No prior retail experience required.
