Team Leader: Store 7102

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Jack in the Box Store 7102. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring quality food and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience at Jack in the Box or 1 year supervisory experience in customer service.
• Must complete Team Leader training classes and, in certain states, be ServSafe certified.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and integrity are essential.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items during the shift.
