Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee operational activities at Store 7103 for Jack in the Box. In this role, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards. Your responsibilities will include training team members, maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and upholding operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 6 months of experience at Jack in the Box or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Must complete Team Leader training and be ServSafe certified in specific states.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk most of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate cash registers.
- Must be able to effectively communicate orders and read monitors.
