Job Description

As a Team Leader at Store 7139 with Jack in the Box, you will play a crucial role in leading and training team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months of JIB experience for internal promotions or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and in some states, be ServSafe certified. Proficient in English and potentially another language based on the restaurant location. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, organization, and PC skills. Self-driven, with integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk most of the shift, lift 15-25 lbs, take orders, operate a register, and read monitors.
