Job Description
As a Team Leader at Jack in the Box Store 7171, you will play a crucial role in leading and training team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience and full certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and may need ServSafe certification. Proficiency in English (and possibly another language), strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and basic computer knowledge.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk 90%-95% of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, operate equipment, and assist guests.
