Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This includes ensuring top-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and may need ServSafe certification. Excellent interpersonal skills, basic math proficiency, ability to work well with diverse groups, and basic computer knowledge.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk most of the shift, lift and carry moderate weight, operate equipment, and communicate effectively.
