Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Trach/Vent Nurse (LPN) to join Aveanna Healthcare, the largest pediatric home health care company in the U.S. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring top-quality care and support for medically fragile individuals.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided accurately.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as directed.
- Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and educate family members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license.
- Current CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
- Experience in pediatrics or home health care is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
