Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Trach/Vent Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Execute physicians' prescribed plan of care and document care provided accurately.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as directed.
- Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and educate family members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a current LPN license.
- CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments and handle physical demands.
- Attention to detail, time management, and effective communication skills.
