Warehouse Operations Intern - Current College Student - Oak Creek Warehouse

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern who is a current college student to join our team at Aldi's Oak Creek Warehouse. This internship offers a hands-on experience in warehouse operations and the opportunity to learn about what sets Aldi apart as America's fastest-growing grocery retailer. Successful completion may lead to a full-time position upon graduation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations under the guidance of training leaders.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and assist in various tasks.
• Learn and adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
• Support leadership with training, administrative tasks, and warehouse improvement initiatives.
• Participate in interview events, orientation, inventory control, and problem-solving activities.
• Prepare and deliver a presentation on a specific area of warehouse operations.
• Engage in team trainings, meetings, and maintain professionalism in all tasks assigned.

Educational Requirement

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Physical Requirements
