Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern who is a current college student to join our team at Aldi. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and collaborate with our warehouse staff. The successful completion of this internship may lead exceptional individuals to a full-time opportunity upon graduation.

Responsibilities

• Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with warehouse staff.
• Assist in training and administrative tasks.
• Work on improving warehouse associate performance and efficiency.
• Participate in inventory control tasks and problem-solving initiatives.
• Create and deliver a presentation on an area of warehouse operations to ALDI executives.

Requirements

• Current pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Ability to develop positive relationships and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks.
