Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver

Job Description

We are looking for an Agronomy Applicator & Truck Driver to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. This full-time position involves the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, as well as the maintenance of application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate is someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working outdoors, and operating equipment while providing professional and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals following recommendations and label directions.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure proper appearance and working order.
• Complete applicator logs, reports, and maintain necessary records.
• Operate equipment safely and comply with environmental regulations and company guidelines.
• Promote and deliver products to customers efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Assist in training seasonal employees.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED required, prior experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL license with necessary endorsements.
