Job Description
St. David's Center is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing day treatment and mental health outpatient services, including family and individual psychotherapy sessions. The position plays a key role in the coordination and support of families, both in-center and via telehealth, under clinical supervision.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive pay starting at $59,760 - $66,050 per year, benefits such as health and dental insurance, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, retirement account with matching contribution, generous PTO, paid holidays, childcare discount, and loan forgiveness eligibility. A $1,500 Sign-on Bonus is available for external applicants.
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree in the mental health field.
- Eligible for clinical supervision toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT).
- Compliance with requirements for licensure or board certification as a mental health professional.
