Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time member of our Allied Health team, you will provide critical clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing various common challenges they may face. This role involves supporting patients and their families with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, understanding medical conditions, aging-related changes, discharge planning, as well as counseling for end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
