Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services, conduct psychosocial assessments, and offer counseling to patients, residents, and their families on various issues, including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and end-of-life support.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
- Address common problems such as adjustment to institutional living and end-of-life support.
- Offer counseling related to family relationships, discharge planning, and other relevant topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred; LGSW certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is desirable.
