Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. The position offers a sign-on bonus potential of $15,000 and is based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital. This is a full-time role on the day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm under Allied Health category.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families.
- Address common issues such as adjustment, financial concerns, family relationships, understanding medical procedures, aging, discharge planning, and counseling on death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
