Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. The ideal candidate will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Responsibilities include addressing common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
