Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker at Levindale Hospital, you will provide essential clinical services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing a range of common challenges.
Responsibilities
- Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
- Assess and address various psychosocial concerns such as adjustment issues, financial struggles, and family dynamics.
- Provide counseling and support for end-of-life care and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification is preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
