SOCIAL WORKER

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to end-of-life issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address issues related to adjustment, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling.
• Ensure patients and families receive the necessary support and resources.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C preferred; LGSW certification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
