Job Description
LifeBridge Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing various challenges they may face.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with a range of issues.
- Assess and address adjustment difficulties related to institutional living and aging.
- Offer guidance on financial concerns and family relationships.
- Develop discharge plans and provide counseling on end-of-life matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
