Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule and the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients and families through clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and counseling to patients and families facing various challenges.
- Assess and address emotional, financial, and relational issues affecting patient well-being.
- Create discharge plans and offer guidance on end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
